Who we are
This website, turbopuls.com, presents Turbo Puls motor, transmission and industrial oils and coolants. The controller of personal data collected through it is Boros Group, UAB, Tuskulenu g. 28-3, Vilnius LT-09211, Lithuania, e-mail [email protected].
What data we process
Messages and partnership enquiries. The cooperation form does not send anything to our server: it opens your own e-mail program with a ready message addressed to [email protected]. We receive only what you decide to send, usually company name, field and territory of activity, location, phone, e-mail, your comment and whether you want a price list.
Technical logs. Like any web server, ours and our hosting provider’s record the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type of each visit. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.
Language choice. The EN/UA switch is remembered in your browser (local storage, key “tp-lang”). It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Cookies and third parties
The site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party scripts, fonts, maps or videos: the fonts are served from our own server. Pages of the product catalogue may set strictly necessary technical cookies (for example to remember the chosen language). Because of this we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever add analytics or other optional tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Why we use data and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and prepare cooperation: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)).
To keep the site secure and working: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
To meet legal duties, such as accounting or answering an authority: Art. 6(1)(c).
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence are kept while we handle them and while cooperation lasts, and then for up to three years after the last contact, unless a contract or the law requires a longer period. Server logs are kept for the short period set by the hosting provider.
Who receives data and transfers abroad
We do not sell personal data. Our hosting and e-mail providers process data on our behalf. An enquiry may be passed to the Turbo Puls distributor responsible for your region (for example in Ukraine or Georgia) so that they can answer you. These countries are outside the European Economic Area; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of the data, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt), or the authority in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy when the site changes. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
